Victoria Bass

Victoria Bass is a FHA approved, Certified Appraiser (license RD4857) with a tenure of 20 years residential appraisal experience. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

She has worked as both a bank staff appraiser, and as an independent fee appraiser. This unique experience enables her to provide clients with a superior quality appraisal.  Victoria's experience ranges from single family residential and condominium homes to 2-4 small residential income properties, including experience in desktop appraisals.
